RAJOURI, JULY 03: The District Administration Rajouri, under its massive outreach campaign, has rolled out schedule for organising 25 mega contact programmes/field camps in different parts of the district to provide services enlisted under Public Service Guarantee Act 2011 and resolving of public issues on the spot.
According to circular issued by the Deputy Commissioner Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, 25 mega field camps have been scheduled to be held in the month of July including 4 in Nowshera by ADC Sher Singh, 4 in Sunderbani by ADC Gurmukh Singh, 5 at Headquarter Rajouri by ACR AQ Mir, 4 each in Koteranka Kalakote and Thanamandi by ADC Shafiq Ahmad, ADC Khadim Hussain and SDM Afzal Mirza, respectively.
In Nowshera camps will be held at Niabat Lamberi on July 06, at Niabat Bhawani on July 17, at Panchayat Ghar Potha on July 31, Panchayat Ghar Qila Darhal on July 11.
Similarly, in Kalakote Camps will be organised at Bandigala Traru on July 06, at Soom on July 11, at Bathera on July 18 and at Thana Haricumma on July 26. In Koteranka camps shall be held at Kha, Prori, Koteranka headquarter and Badhal Gali on July 06, 11, 18 and 26 respectively, while in ThanaMandi camps would be held at Behrote, Shahdara Sharief, Saaj and Neerojal on July 05, 13, 16 and 28 respectively.
Likewise, in Sunderbani camps will be held at GMS Talla Nagara, GHS Patrara, GHSS Channi and Panchayat Ghar Bambliya on July 06, 12, 19 and 25 respectively. At Headquarter Rajouri the locations and dates finalised for camps are Atti on July 04, Darhal on July 07, Ghambir Muglan on July 12, Mangal Nar onJuly 25 and Dhanidhar on July 27.
Meanwhile 6 outreach programmes shall be convened by the Deputy Commissioner in the district as per need/public demand for reviewing development works and resolving public issues.
In month of June the DC convened public meetings at Loorkote, Khablan, Behrote, Saaj, Thanamandi and Shahdara Sharif.
Various services pertaining to different departments which are enlisted under Public Service Guarantee Act 2011 viz PRC, Caste and Income Certificates, identity cards, attestation of mutation, Revenue Extracts etc will be delivered to the public in these camps.
The DDC has enjoined upon the District and Sectoral officers to aware the public about centrally sponsored schemes, flagship programmes, Socio-economic programmes, pensions schemes, scholarships, registration of construction workers, food safety and drug control inter alia other welfare schemes of the government in these camps.
Officers from Integrated Child Protection Scheme and Universal One Stop Centre for Women are impressed upon to coordinate with respective ADCs for participation in these outreach programmes so as to initiate mass awareness campaign about legal entitlement of children under ICPS and medical aid, counselling, police assistance and other facilities available for aggrieved women in OSC.
