The newly constituted Congress Working Committee which is party’s highest decision-making body held its second meeting in Delhi today.
The meeting was headed by party president Rahul Gandhi.
Senior Congress leaders Manmohan Singh, A K Antony, Ghulam Nabi Azad, and Ahmed Patel were also present at the meeting.
UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, however, did not attend the party meeting as she was unwell.
The meet was organised to discuss the current political situation and formulate a strategy on key issues of the Rafale deal and the National Register of Citizens.
