BANDIPORA, OCTOBER 04: A day-long training programme for the upcoming municipal polls was held today in Bandipora which was presided over by Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Mohammad Qasim Wani.
The training programme was attended by ROs, Micro observers, POs and other election staff. The ADDC, on the occasion stressed for coordination among poll staff during the election process to ensure smooth conduct of the polls.
He appreciated master trainers and poll staff for their efforts and asked them to perform their duties professionally.
During the training sessions, participants were briefed about duties and functions of poll staff. A practical demonstration was also given on the working of EVMs during the programme.
