JAMMU, DECEMBER 7: – Advisor to the Governor, Khurshid Ahmed Ganai, today greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Losar, the Ladakhi New Year.
In his message of felicitations, Advisor said that the festival symbolizes the high traditions of love, tolerance, amity, communal harmony and brotherhood.
He wished the people a Happy Losar and prayed for peace, progress and prosperity in the State.
