KULGAM, 11 MAY; Kulgam municipal employees ( sweepers), in 45 committees went on strike today. They demanded that the 7th pay commission benefits may be given to them at the earliest. In the statement issued they said that the strike will continue till their demands are not met and the accounts officer posted in the area is not transferred out.
