Srinagar, July 11: Government on Wednesday attached a senior officer of the district administration Baramulla in north Kashmir for violating government instructions.
“In the interest of administration, Assistant Commissioner Development, Baramulla is here by attached with the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj with immediate effect as he has violated the instructions issued vide government order No. 126-RD&PR of 2018 dated 18/05/2018, which is not gross violation of conduct rules but also tantamount to financial irregularity,” an order issued by the secretary to the government Sheetal Nanda said.
The officer has violated the instructions despite several warnings in advance and hence liable for action,” the order further reads.
