Emphasizing on the need allotting more funds for the developmental of hilly backward areas, Dilshad Jatt today demanded Hill Development Council for Rajouri and Poonch districts .
He said, “If Leh and Kargil could get Hill Development Councils, what stops the government from providing same councils for Pir Panchal region to ensure equitable development.”
