Students and business professionals from south Kashmir’s Shopian district have urged the authorities to restore high –speed Internet service (4G) in the area.
Scores of students preparing for various all-India and state-level competitive examinations called Greater Kashmir office and expressed their dismay over throttling of high-speed Internet in the area.
They said suspension of the service was hampering their studies.
Mobile Internet service remains mostly shut in south Kashmir due to regular gunfights and clashes.
