RAJOURI, JULY 18: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Mohammad Aijaz Asad today reviewed compensation cases of Displaced Persons (DPs) here at a meeting of concerned officers.
The meeting was attended by Custodian EP Jammu, Dy Custodian Rajouri, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Tehsildar Headquarter Rajouri attended the meeting.
The DC, after threadbare discussion, decided to constitute a Tehsil level committee to conduct fresh survey for identifying left out displaced families, if any in district Rajouri to provide them relief.
He also impressed upon the PRO/Custodian Evacuee Property Jammu to reconcile the database of DPs to settle all pending cases of the compensation.
