One day teacher’s conclave held at Agra which was organized by centre for educational development organization. In this conclave 133 educators from 17 states of the country were awarded. Five teachers from Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua attended this conclave. Teacher’s namely Pardeep Kour (Senior coordinator), Satish Kumar (TGT Hindi), Deepak Khajuria (TGT Computer), Arti (TGT Maths) and Vishali Gupta (PRT) were awarded with National Effective teachers and were awarded with National Progressive teacher. Teachers also learnt how to enhance leadership skills in educators. The conference was inaugurated by Prof Saroj Yadav, Dean Academic, NCERT and Panel discussions Eminent speakers were Dr. Ashok Ganguly former chairman cbse who suggested the ways how to transform from a good teacher to great teacher. Dr. M.M Pant promoted public understanding by emerging technologies. Our Principal Mrs. Shuchita Gupta was also a speaker in panel discussion and shared her views about the leadership qualities of a great teacher. She also focused on that leaders of the school should always be promoted from in house rather than appointing from outside. Overall the conference
was very knowledge able and effective.
