Delhi: Seven persons including two government employees arrested yesterday for duping aspirants of Rs 22 lakh each after promising them jobs in the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). 27 Mobile Phones, 2 laptops, 10 chequebooks, fake Voter ID Card and 45 SIM cards recovered.
