On the eve of Nagar Kirtan and Eid ul milad procession tomorrow on Wednesday (21/11/2018)
There will be some restrictions and diversions of traffic in Jammu city, Eid ul Milad procession will strat around 10 am from Lakhdata bazar to masjid at Dogra chowk near Tawi Bridge passing through shaheedi chowk, wazarat road, Gujjar Nagar, Prem Nagar, Vivekananda chowk and will culminate at masjid point, Nagar Kirtan procession will strat around 10 am from Chand Gurudwara to Nanak Nagar Gurudwara via gumat, Dogra chowk, Vikram chowk, green belt, Gole market, Shivaji chowk, Khalsa chowk and will culminate at Nanak Nagar Gurudwara, road users traveling North city to south city and visa versa are requested to use 4th Brigade, and flyover from both sides, there will be traffic restrictions from Indra chowk towards gumat area and from jewel chowk towards Dogra chowk, towards Gujjar Nagar bridge from both sides, till the procession cross these areas, avoid traveling on the procession routes, some restrictions/ diversions will taken on stop as per requirement of situation, please co-operate with traffic police, they will be guiding you towards safer routes.
