As per schedule issued by the Chief Electoral Officer J&K, the First level checking of M1 Electronic Voting Machine, which would be used in the forthcoming Municipal Election 2018,has been conducted by the BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited) engineer under the supervision of Tehsildar( Election) Shoket Hayat Matoo, designated officer and representatives of District Election Office Kishtwar in the premises of ITI Kishtwar today.
Representatives of all recognized political parties participated in the programme and the mock poll and other related formalities have also been conducted as per guidelines of Election Commission India.
