Muzafar Ahmad S/o Abdul Khaliq Bhat Of Malangpora Pulwama, who was kidnapped by the militants was released from captivity after he proclaimed that he had severed all ties with PDP at least 3 to 4 months ago.
Muzafar Ahmed can be heard pleading in the video that he is no longer an active member of any political party and is infact asking his friends also to stay away from the electoral process.
The militants released Muzafar Ahmed only after ordering him to upload the recorded conversation on internet and asked him to convey it to others too that they should stay away from any electoral process in the state.
