New Delhi, November 22: The Supreme Court on Thursday declined a plea for holding Lok Sabha and Assembly elections using ballot papers and not EVMs.
A Bench headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said that every machine can be tampered with because they are manned by humans.
“Every system and machine is capable to be used and misused. Doubts will be everywhere,” the Bench said, while dismissing the PIL.
