A man allegedly stabbed his younger brother to death in Tharwai area of Allahabad district of Uttar Pradesh. As per reports, the accused took this extreme step in a fit of rage after an argument over a pair of jeans. The incident has left residents in a state of panic.
The accused has been identified as Rajendra. The incident happened on Thursday.
The police have, meanwhile, registered a case.
n a similar case in 2012, a BPharma student allegedly stabbed his classmate to death inside their residence in Cholurpalya, Magadi Road, in Bengaluru during a brawl over a pair of jeans. The victim, identified as 23-year-old Neeraj, was stabbed thrice by Keerthi Raj. The police were alerted by the neighbours. Accused was arrested.
