JAMMU, MAY 25: Full court reference to condole the sad demise of Late Bimal Kant Bhasin, Advocate of J&K High Court, Jammu was held here today in the Court of Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur, senior most Judge available in Jammu Wing.
Justice TashiRabstan and Justice Sanjeev Kumar were also present.
Sr. Additional Advocate General, S.S. Nanda, was present on behalf of the State Government, while Bhupinder Singh Salathia(president) was present on behalf of the Jammu Bar Association.
Besides Principal District & Sessions Judge Jammu, Vinod ChatterjiKoul and other Judicial officers of District Court, were also present in the condolence reference.
Virinder Singh Bhou, Registrar Judicial, alongwith Ajay Kumar Gupta, Joint Registrar, (Judicial/Protocol), High Court of J&K, Jammu conducted the proceedings.
In the reference, Justice D.S. Thakur on behalf of the Bench and Bar, while condoling the sad demise of Bimal Kant Bhasin, expressed sorrow and sympathies with the bereaved family. Later one-minute silence praying was observed for the peace of the departed soul.
