“Husband is not the master of a woman”, said the Chief Justice of India on Thursday as he read out his verdict on adultery
The CJI for himself and Justice Khanwilkar said women must be treated as equals and any discrimination shall invite wrath of the Constitution.
The CJI said, “A woman can’t be asked to think the way the society desires.”
