SAMBA JUNE 27: District Development Commissioner Samba S Rajinder Singh Tara today convened a meeting of all district and sectoral officers to ensure biometric attendance across the district.
During the meeting, the DDC emphasized that all government employees should reach office in time. He instructed that a biometric attendance system be put in place.
He directed all district officers to ensure that a biometric system of attendance is installed by or before 30th June, otherwise the salaries of employees will not be disbursed afterwards.
Apart from this, all the government employees, including PSU employees, contractual, consolidated and casual workers in each department, be registered on or before 30th June with NIC Samba.
The DDC also directed all the officers not to leave station without getting proper permission from higher heads.
He further directed to expedite cases of SRO-43, submission of APR’S, property statements and seniority list of employees.
SSP Samba Anil Magotra, ADDC Samba Pankaj Magotra, PO ICDS, PO IWMP, SDMs, ACD, DSWO, Executive Engineers of PWD, PHE & PDD, various district and sectoral officers were also present in the meeting.
