SRINAGAR, AUGUST 28- Government has appointed Advisor to the Governor, Khurshid Ahmed Ganai as Chairperson of the Governing Committee for the Jammu and Kashmir State Child Protection Society (JKSCPS) in place of Minister for Social Welfare.
