DODA: General Observer Tilak Raj and Deputy District Eection Officer Haroon Rashid Naik today chaired training session of Micro-Observers for Phase V of Panchayat Elections in the district.
The polling for three blocks Assar, Marmat and Khalleni are scheduled to be held on 29 November, 2018.
General Observer asked the participants to remain pro-active during the election process.
The Deputy District Election Officer exhorted upon the participants to strictly adhere to the Guidelines of Election Commission India in letter and spirit for successful conduct of Panchayat Elections. He also briefed about duties and role of Polling staff. The participants were imparted elaborate training regarding Model Code of Conduct, preparation of polling parties, handling of law and order, training management, ballot boxs, ballot papers and various other guidelines of ECI.
