SRINAGAR, MAY 29: A condolence meeting was held in the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar this morning to express solidarity with Chief Secretary, B B Vyas over the sad demise of his mother in law, who passed away yesterday afternoon at Rajasthan.
The Officers and Officials of Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Chief Secretary’s Office, General Administration, Revenue, Estates and other departments participated in the meeting.
The members expressed their heartfelt sympathies with the Chief Secretary and prayed for eternal peace and highest place in heaven to the departed soul. They prayed for courage and strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
Two-minute silence was observed in honour of the deceased on the occasion.
