RAJOURI, JUNE 29: District Administration Rajouri has declared 14 Higher Secondary Schools of different education zones as hard zone institutions in the run up to appoint candidates on academic arrangement to meet shortage of lecturers in far off schools.
The decision will benefit the lectures to be posted in these educational institutions on academic arrangements as they shall be paid remuneration of Rs 14000 against Rs 10000 paid to those posted in plains.
The 14 institutions declared as hard zone institutions are HSS Budhal, HSS Samote, HSS Kandi, HSS Jamola, HSS Panihad, HSS Peeri, GHSS Darhal, HSS Khawas, HSS Ghambir Mughlan, HSS Taryath, HSS Dehri Ralyote, BHSS Darhal and HSS Koteranka.
Pertinently the notification for filling up of more than 155 vacant posts of lectures in the district on academic arrangements has already been issued. The decision of administration aims to encourage eligible candidates to serve in these far flung and hilly areas.
The administration has also finalised plan to provide residential accommodation to all those lectures willing to serve in hard zone institutions.
