KARGIL, JULY 28: In view of the 4th general elections to the LAHDC Kargil scheduled to be held next month, a training programme for the Returning Officers (ROs) and Assistant Returning Officers (AROs) was held at Conference Hall Baroo here today.
The training programme which was organized under the overall supervision of the District Election Authority and Deputy Commissioner Kargil was attended by 28 ROs and 28 AROs for the 26 Councilor Constituencies.
