KASHMIR: Medical superintendent Dr Abdul Rashid Parra said that after reviving the victim at the Pulwama district hospital, he was referred to SMHS, Srinagar, where he succumbed.Arif Ahmad Dar, 10, son of Abdul Ghani Dar of Laroo, Pulwama, was killed after suffering grievous injuries in an explosion on Saturday. A police official said Arif was toying with a ball-shaped mysterious device that went off.

On July 11 this year in a similar incident a boy was killed while three other children sustained injuries when a mysterious device they were playing with in their court yard at Meemender Shopian went off.
