POONCH, OCTOBER 31: District Election Officer Poonch Rahul Yadav today discussed Contigency , Transport, Communication plans for ensuing Panchayat Elections.
Dy DEO Shazia Kosar, Add SP, SDM Surankote, Tesildars and BDOs of District Poonch besides other concerned officials attended the meeting.
The DEO discussed plan for distribution of Election materials to Polling Stations and directed ARTO to make a viable Transport plan for the Panchayat Election 2018. He further instructed the concerned officials to make a full fledged communication plan.
The DEO further directed police department to make sufficient security arrangement for smooth conduct of Panchayat Elections 2018. The arrangements for counting centers were also discussed.
