Srinagar, August 3: Two JKPM leaders from South Kashmir, Javed Ahmad Khan from Utersoo Shangus and Adv. Farooq Ahmad Ganai from Duroo have been taken into preventive custody.
Through a tweet, Shah Faisal claimed that,”Senior police officials told me that it is in view of the ongoing situation in Kashmir.”
Faisal further went on to say that “Arrests of mainstream political leaders reflect the state of ongoing emergency around us.”
Attacking JKP, Faisal writes, “JK Police should immediately come clear on these unwarranted detentions before it escalates the panic further.”
