Jammu: Inspector General BSF N S Jamwal honoured a class 12th student of BSF School Jammu for securing top rank in the state in CBSE examination, the result of which was declared.
Vivek Kumar of BSF Senior Secondary School Jammu topped the result of CBSE Exams 2018 -19. He scored 489 marks out of 500 i e 97.80 percent.
IG BSF Jammu Frontier, N S Jamwal felicitated Vivek Kumar and his parents on this grand success.
Mr Jamwal said that students like Vivek Kumar are real gems, they inspire others to do better in future.
It is the combined efforts and hard work of students, parents and teachers together which has resulted in this exemplary achievement of BSF School Jammu.
DG BSF also congratulated Vivek and his parents for this great achievement.
Vivek, who belongs to a humble rural background, has dedicated his grand success to his parents, teachers and the school management. He shared his success mantra with the junior students of his school and said , “Doing the right things at the right time is all it takes to be a winner”.
