RDD organises workshop on implementation of MGNREGA at Shopian
SHOPIAN, JUNE 3: Department of Rural Development (RDD) on Monday organised one day workshop regarding the implementation of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural employment Generation scheme ( MG NREGA) here in Shopian.
The workshop was attended by all the employees of the District Shopian besides Assistant Commissioner Development; Zubair Ahmad Shah, Executive Engineer Rural Development Department Shopian , Block Development officer (BDO) also attended the workshop.
The state MIS operator discussed various issues regarding the uploading of data on the website including the implementation of the secure estimation of the works. Besides the issues regarding job card verification and timely payment to the workers were also discussed.
