District Administration Warns Schools against operating any special coaching during Summer vacation
UDHAMPUR, JUNE- 03 -: District Development Commissioner, Dr Piyush Singla today issued a circular asking all the government and private educational institutions upto higher secondary level not to conduct any special coaching or extra classes during the period of summer vacation thus strictly following the government order in this regard.
DDC informed that various representations have been received from the private schools requesting therein for granting of permission for conduct of extra classes from standard VIII to XII on one plea or the other, which is contravention to the govt order. He added that observance of summer vacation has been announced in view of scorching summer and conduct of any special or coaching/extra classes may expose the students to the harsh weather conditions endangering their health.
The chief education Officer, Udhampur shall ensure that schools are informed accordingly and in case of any violation in this regard by any of the government or private school strict action will be taken against the defaulter under rule.
