Mohali, October 4: A Mohali court on Friday framed charges against gang ster Lawrence Bishnoi and his two accomplices in connection with an assault case. Bishnoi was brought to Mohali on production warrant from Rajasthan.
The trio was charged under arms act and assaulting a person in February 2011 under Phase-8 police station .
Bishnoi, Tarsem singh and Navpreet Singh were produced before additional civil judge Ruchi Swapan Sharma. Bishnoi’s three other accomplices are still absconding.
All the three were charged under section 336, 323 324 148 149 506 of the IPC and section 25-54 -59 of the arms act. The next hearing of the case is on October 18.
