Records Programme for awareness of Ayushmaan Bharat Scheme
POONCH, JANUARY 09: District Development Commissioner, Rahul Yadav, today highlighted the significance of Center’s flagship programme ‘Ayushmaan Bharat’ on All India Radio station Poonch.
DDC, while raising massive awareness among the masses about the scheme, elaborated in detail about the benefits of this people friendly initiative of the Center government. He said that the beneficiaries will be covered under insurance of 5 lakh per family for medical treatment in any empanelled hospital under the scheme. The beneficiaries will be provided free of cost treatment in any empanelled hospital across the country.
DDC informed that the beneficiaries will be registered as per the Social Economic Class (SEC) Data and will be given cards after registration at nearest CHC, Sub Divisional or District Hospital. The yearly installment of the insurance cover will be borne by the government. He appealed the People to get themselves enrolled under the Ayshmaan Bharat scheme.
