Jammu: Protest sparked in Jammu after students hit the streets alleging that the stranded passengers raised ‘objectionable slogans’.
Sources said that some of the stranded passengers accommodated in a hostel inside GGM Science College raised “objectionable slogans”, which triggered protest by the college students.
Hundreds of students staged protest and blocked road, which created law and order problem.
Police however, tried to disperse the protesters, but the situation got worse.
