JAMMU SANSKRITI SCHOOL, JAMMU CELEBRATES
MOTHERS’S DAY

Jammu: ‘Maa’, the very first word uttered by a child.” “Mother’s lap is a place where we
can shed all worries of life.”
Celebrating a day to realize the sacrifices of a mother is merely for the sake of
formality. No one in this world can pay back his/her mother’s love. As a little
effort to express our respect, honour and love to all mothers, our Jammu Sanskriti
School organized various activities. The memorable day was started with special
morning assembly in which students of different classes expressed their emotions
in the form of poems, songs, skits, etc.
As our school name defines the aim to promote our culture i.e. Sanskriti, a special
Dogri presentation was included in the celebration. Then, the turn of mothers
came. Mothers of our lovely children were the special guests. Four jubilant
activities were organized for mothers of students- Ramp Walk for Class I & II
mothers along with their Children, mothers of Class III students participated
in fireless cooking competition. Class IV students mothers showed extra
ordinary craft activities based on the theme “Best out of Waste”.
