Chandigarh, June 11: Sleuths of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) have nabbed a head constable (HC) of the UT police while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 2,000.
The accused has been identified at Head Constable Dalbir Singh, who was posted at the Proclaimed Offender (PO) and Summon Cell. He was arrested from the Sector 34 market.
CBI sleuths had received a complaint from Harbhajan Singh, who works as a clerk at a bank in Sector 34.
