Srinagar: Shutdown is being observed in south Kashmir’s Shopian and Kulgam districts on Monday a day after the killing of Al-Badr commander Zeenat-ul-Islam by government forces.
Normal life remained affected for the second day in twin districts as shops and business establishments remain closed today.
There are no restrictions in any party of south Kashmir, a police spokesman said.
