JAMMU: Viplav Kumar Choudhry, an IPS officer of Jammu and Kashmir Cadre was among the five new Joint Directors who were appointed in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday.
According to a Personnel Ministry order issued today, IPS officers Viplav Kumar Choudhry, Sampat Meena, Anurag, Rakesh Aggarwal and D C Jain have been appointed to the coveted postings.
Viplav Kumar Choudhry, officer of 1997 batch was presently on central deputation with NIA since September 2017.
