New Delhi,June 15: Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan recently made headlines with his diplomatic protocol goof up at the SCO summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on June 13.
The very next day, the provincial government of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa did something that took the spotlight away from Imran Khan. They streamed a live press conference on Facebook.
But, (wait for it) with the cat filters on.
The press conference in which Shaukat Yousafzai, a Pakistan politician, was talking about decisions made in the provincial cabinet in Peshawar became fodder for some online jokes.
Journalist Naila Inayat was among the first to take notice of the cat filters. Other Facebook users, who were watching the livestream started messaging the page admin to disable the filter as the politician had turned into a cat.
This is the most hilarious thing that we have seen today.
Now the original video has been deleted.
Coming back to Imran Khan’s goof-up at the SCO summit, he went and sat during the opening ceremony when all the world leaders were supposed to be standing as a part of the protocol to welcome the head of the host state.
Imran Khan only stood briefly when his name was called out but sat down while other world leaders were still standing.
