New Delhi, September 16: The Supreme Court on Monday allowed Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader Mohammed Yousuf Tarigami to return to Jammu and Kashmir, saying that he does not need any permission.
A bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and justices SA Bobde and SA Nazeer said Mohammed Yousuf Tarigami is free to go back to Kashmir if doctors at AIIMS allow him.
The ailing leader was on September 9 shifted to AIIMS following the apex court order.
