Centre for Competitive Exams to start coaching classes from July 01 at Kargil
KARGIL, JUNE 17: Centre for Competitive Exams, Guidance and Counselling, an initiative of the district administration and SCPC Government Degree College Kargil, is going to start coaching classes for civil services and other competitive examinations from July 01, 2019.
The six-month course is scheduled to commence from 1st July, 2019 and the last date for submission of forms is 29th of June, 2019.
According to a notification issued in this regard, candidates who have completed 10+2 or above can apply for the course and the selection of the candidates would be solely on a first-come, first-served basis.
Preparatory classes will include classes on General Studies (Polity, History, Economics, General Science, Environment, Current Affairs and General Knowledge), Civil Services Aptitude Test, Interview Skills, English Comprehension and Essay Writing.
Classes will be conducted by competent resource persons and Civil Services exam qualifiers.
The notification further reads that library facility with books, newspapers, periodicals and study material will also be provided besides regular test series and mock interviews will be held during the course.
Forms for the course are available at Government Degree College Kargil, DC Office Kargil, CEO Office Kargil, KU Satellite Campus Khumbathang and all photostat shops in Main Market Kargil. Forms are also available on the official website of the district administration Kargilwww.kargil.gov.in. The registration fee for the course will be Rs 100.
