Taking the strong notice of the recent order issued by the DC Kishtwar, the JKTF strongly condemn this dictatorial order challenging the integrity of the teaching community and also against the rules & regulations of existing CSR in this democratic country and also in the J&K State. There is sufficient set up in the Education Deptt to check the punctuality and regularity in the schools and the Heads of the Institution, Zonal Education Officers, Chief Education Officers, Principals of DIETS, Principal SIE, Joint Directors, other Higher Authorities besides the monitoring teams constituted by the Education Deptt are doing their job very effectively & efficiently and to issue such arrogant orders challenging the dignity & integrity of Teacher is direct challenge to the integrity and dignity of these responsible and dedicated Officers of Education Deptt. The JKTF asks the worthy DC Kishtwar to allow the Villagers & locals of District Kishtwar to check, monitor & countersign the attendance, regularity & punctuality of his own office and the other departments of District Kishtwar including the Departments of Revenue, Social Welfare, Accounts/Treasury, Agriculture, Forests, Transport, Rural development & many other departments under his jurisdiction and then draw their salaries from the Treasury. The JKTF wants to know why the worthy DC KISHTWAR is trying to malign the image of the teaching community by issuing such arrogant & irrelevant orders. The JKTF shall fight tooth and nail againt this order to save the integrity of the teaching fraternity. The FORUM requests His Excellency, the Hon’ble Governor of J&K State, Sh. Satya Paul Malik for his personal intervention to safeguard the respect, dignity & integrity of the BUILDER OF NATION by reverting such arrogant orders and issue an advisory to prevent such Officers for issuing such orders in future as whole of the teaching fraternity in J&K State is feeling badly hurted. The JKTF strongly condemns this dictatorial order and urgues the State Govt to withdraw the same without any further delay otherwise the teaching community shall be left with no other option than to launch a decisive struggle to get this order revoked to save the dignity & integrity of the teaching community.
