Srinagar, April 20 : Kashmir Economic Alliance (KEA) chairman Muhammad Yasin Khan is returning home today after facing NIA questioning for two days in New Delhi in an alleged funding case.

Sources said that Khan, who is also KTMF president, is likely to land at Srinagar airport around 3:30 pm.

Khan was asked by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to appear for questioning in the case at its headquarters in New Delhi on April 18.

This is the second time Yasin was questioned by the central probe agency. In September 2017, he was questioned for five consecutive days by the probe agency in the funding case. A shutdown had been observed against his questioning by Kashmir traders then.

In the same case, NIA has also summoned Syed Ali Geelani’s son Naeem Geelani on April 22.
