Srinagar, March 22: Fresh exchange of fire took place between the militants and the goverment forces in Warpora area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday morning.
Quoting SSP Sopore Javeed Iqbal said that fresh firing exchange took place at gunfight site today morning after operation was halted yesterday evening due to darkness.
The officer further said that no militant has been killed yet, he said.
A police officer was among two cops injured in the gunfight yesterday when militants hurled a grenade at the police party.
