AFAQ GIRI Brings Laurels For The State Once Again, Awarded President’s Medal For ‘EXCEPTIONALLY MERITORIOUS SERVICES RENDERED AT THE RISK OF LIFE’
Afaq Ahmad Giri, (IRS), working for the Directorate Of Revenue Intelligence ( DRI), Regional Unit Jammu has been conferred with prestigious President’s Medal to be awarded on 26th of January, this year.
According to a notification issued by the Government Of India, Shri Afaq Giri has been awarded President’s Medal for ” Exceptionally Meritorious Service rendered at the Risk Of Life.”
Two other officers, Senior Intelligence Officer Lalthanliana (DRI Regional Unit, Aizwal) and Senior Intelligence Officer Ranjeet Singh (DRI Regional Unit, Jammu) have also been awarded with the President’s medal along with Afaq Giri.
