Karnal, March 23: Jabra, a wanted gangster was on Saturday killed in an encounter with the Haryana Police near Bada Gaon village.
Jabra was a resident of Ladwa village and was wanted in two murders, including of a Dadupur-based resident, Vikas.
Vikas was shot dead in his car outside a dhaba near Shamgarh village on the National Highway-44 on January 17. Jabra was also the accused in the murder of Vikas’s relative Suresh alias Babli, a former sarpanch of Anjanthali village.
He too was shot dead last year.
