K K Pathak appointed General Observer for Kupwara, Karnah, Lolab segments
KUPWARA, MARCH 24: District Election Officer Kupwara has appointed K K Pathak as the General Observer for three assembly segments of Kupwara, Karnah and Lolab of Baramulla Parliamentary Constituency for forthcoming Lok Sabha Election, 2019.
The office of the General Observer has been established at Dak Bungalow Kupwara.
