BUDGAM, NOV 28: On the directions of District Development Commissioner Budgam Tariq Hussain Ganai, market checking and anti polythene drive was intensified in the Budgam town today.
During the drive, market checking squad headed by Food Inspector Municipal Committee Budgam seized around 40 kgs of polythene bags from erring shopkeepers. The squad also destroyed food items including juices, rotten vegetables and fruits and realized a fine of Rs 2900 from the erring shopkeepers, hawkers and vendors.
