Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday said that Rigzian Sampheal will hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens.
“In the interest of administration, it is hereby ordered that Mr. Rigzian Sampheal (UP: 2003), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, shall hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens on the retirement on superannuation of Mr. Mohammad Javed Khan, IAS, on 31.01.2019 (A.N.), in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” said an order, issued by the General Administration department.
