Bhaderwah April 30 : The Business School, Bhaderwah Campus today organised farewell function for the outgoing students of TBS.
The function begins with the floral welcome of guests of the functions followed by lighting of lamp and sarswati bandhana.
Mr. Sunil Bhardwaj, Head of Department, The Business School Bhaderwah Campus gave a heartfelt welcome address welcoming all guests, judges and audiences.
Col. D.D Pandey, Commanding Officer 4RR was Chief Guest on the occasion.
He shared his experiences and stressed on the role of parents and teachers in building the career of children. His words of motivation were so encouraging and forward looking.
Richard Bach said, “Don’t be dismayed by good-byes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again. And meeting again, after moments or lifetimes, is certain for those who are friends”. Believing on this thought.
The Business School Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu organized a farewell function for its passing out batch to make their last days in the campus little special.
YAADEIN-2K19 was possible only due to the support, leadership and guidance of Professor Anil K Raina, Rector, Bhaderwah Campus. Professor Raina conveyed his best wishes to The Business School and the students of outgoing batch telephonically as he was out of station for an urgent assignment.
The theme YAADEIN-2K19 was appropriately chosen as it represents a journey of togetherness, learning and professionalism. During the programme, students presented a number of cultural activities like Modeling show, skits, group dance, management activities, singing activities with traditional dance and drama. Different activities and performances were planned for the senior students on the basis of which Mr Farewell, Mrs Farewell and the student of the year was judged by three judges Dr Kuljit Singh, Academic Coordinator, Dr. Subash Chander, Assistant Professor and Mrs Bablu Sharma, Assistant Programmer Bhaderwah Campus.
The cultural bonanza in YAADEIN-2K19 represents the rich cultural heritage of our country on a single platform. Mr Sunny, Ms Kamakshi and Mr Rahul Mehta were adjudged as Mr Farewell, Ms Farewell and student of the year respectively. The function was attended by Dr Neeraj Sharma, Dr Subash Chander, Dr Umesh Choudhary, Dr Abid, Mr Arif khateeb, Mrs Neetu Parihar, Mr Atif Javed Qazi, Mr Zaffer Hussain, Mr Amit, Mr Yousuf, Ms Princy, Ms Surbhi, Ms Neha besides member of teaching and non teaching staff of the campus.
The Farewell Function culminated with a Cake Cutting Ceremony followed by formal vote of thanx by Mr. Rohit Bhagat, Assistant Professor, The Business School, Bhaderwah Campus.
