New Delhi, May 31:During Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony on Thursday night, the website of the Delhi wing of the BJP was hacked.

The BJP, who have been vocal about their views on Gau Raksha (saving the cows), reportedly had to deal with hackers, who decided to change every instance of the word ‘BJP’ to ‘Beef’.

The hacker changed several pages of the site with recipes of beef dishes, along with the message: Hacked by ‘Shadow_V1P3R’.

On the homepage, it was visible that the navigation bar was edited. The word BJP was replaced with BEEF. For instance, ‘About BJP’ has been edited to ‘About BEEF’, ‘BEEF Items’ and even ‘BEEF Leadership’.

The hacker had also changed the drop-down under ‘BEEF Items’ to a sprawling spread of beef dishes.

Rest of the contents of the homepage remain untouched.
